We are dedicated to ensuring your health and wellness during your stay and look forward to welcoming you back to the Castello Victorian with enhanced sanitation and distancing measures in place. We are confident you can find comfort what you stay with us during these unprecedented times.

GENERAL

Castello Victorian is open with guidelines from the California Department of Public Health in correlation with CDC standards and trainings. We will continue to closely monitor health advisories to adapt to any changes that may impact your health and safety.

We aim to provide as much of a contactless check-in and check-out experience as possible to ensure your well being. Our associates will be wearing face coverings in all areas and will be continuously disinfecting surfaces and touchpoints with products approved by the EPA to stop contagion.

We have implemented sanitation procedures in all public areas. We also ask that if you are feeling sick in any way, to please not visit us until you are feeling better. Please also adhere to distancing guidelines as advised by the city of Calistoga and wear face masks in in all required areas.

ROOMS

Our associates will never enter your guest room during your stay unless there is an issue which requires maintenance to do so. However, any requests for fresh linen, terry, or amenities will be delivered to your room safely in a plastic bag at your request.

Our room sanitation standards have always been extremely high and we are taking even more advanced measures at every step to ensure your safety.
